FAQs
Q: What games do the Wolves of Chaos play?
A: The Wolves of Chaos are a community of gamers organized into a gaming clan that respect, what we believe are, the independent gaming rights of all gamers. Every member is free to play whatever, whenever, wherever, and however. Many members of the same type of game will often form chapters, forming bonds as they play together. We highly encourage this, as it allows gamers from all walks of life and game interests to participate and claim the Wolves of Chaos as their home.
Q: What about competitive play?
A: All of our members are competitive when they play, it’s the nature of gaming; that thing that makes gaming fun! But some people are more competitive and dedicated to their particular style; it’s for this reason the Battle Team exists, and the reason we allow chapters to form. Everyone of every skill level will find a fun place to call home in the Wolves of Chaos.
Q: Do I have to pay dues to the Wolves of Chaos?
A: Absolutely not! If you wish to donate time or resources to better the community that is absolutely acceptable, but never required. Everything we have is through member donation; either their time or resources or both. We encourage all of our members to be involved, but never ask for or require dues. Each members’ level of participation is up to the individual and will never impact their progression and enjoyment as a member of the Wolves of Chaos.
Q: What are gaming rights? I’ve never heard of them.
A: We believe that every gamer on the planet has inherited certain rights that no clan, group, or guild should ever try to restrict. We as a gaming clan, focus every action towards protecting these beliefs. We believe that the gaming culture is open to all, and so we will never restrict a members’ choice of systems, servers, games, or friends. We believe that every member is unique and brings something to the table for all; and that each of us can share in that diversity as we grow.
Q: Can existing clans or guilds join?.
A: Yes. Provided your group agrees to the code of ethics, your existing clan, group, or guild can join and simply charter a new chapter.
